The place was relaxing and modern, nothing too much trouble, would recommend. Stayed here during our trip, it was a very relaxing experience. The location of this hotel close to the downtown shops, Cancun and all restaurants was good. Plus, 

The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a very nice area, near to 3 different Sandos, one restaurant on a Monday night and a gorgeous Clean beach with Turquoise Blue Waters. I had airy deluxe room with 2 bathrooms and a breathtaking 

We met especially helpful employees.

We ate at a very convenient restaurant with the food or the restaurants. It was very handy to have a coffee maker and fridges.

Exceptionally nice location, 22 minutes drive from the airport.

Would recommend and would use them next time. Relaxing place, it has best staff at the reception desk. The location is good and best possible, as the hotel is based right in the beach overlooking the most amazing 

Our stay was very very good, liked marvellous and delicious breakfasts.

The room was great-sized and airy, had splendid views and featured an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk...

The location was exceptionally nice and I could use free parking onsite. The poolside restaurant offered tasty dishes, and the breakfast was marvellous and delicious.

I was offered a room with absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean. Marvellous breakfast in the restaurant was a nice touch. The location was amazing, next to H Roof. The staff were decent in the whole hotel.  

I booked superior room with lighting from the ceiling, the balcony and King size bed.

Genuinely helpful staff, they know their business. The rooms are great-sized and airy with a breathtaking view, 2 balconies and large bed. The breakfast itself is amazing and delicious and the food is good! 

The place was exceptionally clean, I booked the deluxe room with sea views, everything was very good. I was here for 2 nights and ate at poolside restaurant for food and entertainment.

Great location, no need for a car. Food variety and freshness was amazing, especially the buffet breakfast and Japanese restaurant. Friendly and efficient staff. 24-hour room service, multiple on-site restaurants, and all drinks 

Well-maintained and well-equipped place, I liked amazingly attentive personnel.

Everything was simply really good. The breakfast spread was amazing and delicious. The service was excellent with parking on site.

Top-class team at the reception desk. I was there for 2 nights and ate at poolside restaurant for food and entertainment. A hair dryer, soft bathrobes, and fresh towels were a plus. The hotel had unbeatable and nice location near 

Very clean, very nice, staff left you alone on the beach but were readily available if you wanted something. View from the balcony was exceptional.

It was very noisy with the construction going on. Hard to sit on the balcony and relax with the amount of noise.
